I had a broken veneer replaced. It was painless and efficient. I am very happy with that part of my experience,When I went to pay I was informed at that time that my patient portion of over $800 would have a 3 percent surcharge added for payment with a credit card. That surcharge amounted to an additional $24.30. I found this outrageous considering the expense I had just incurred. And, had the office had the courtesy of informing me before my visit I would have brought a checkbook. My husband and I pay off credit card charges every month to avoid interest. This additional charge for an already big expense is out of line. Please let patients know this new policy ahead of time so that they are not overcharged as I was.

I just got my first ever root canal done here, and honestly I cannot express how comfortable and relaxed I felt. I have/had severe dental anxiety preventing me from going to get any amount of work done along with some other factors, so it was pretty hard to get myself to get anything done. I had a toothache that was so unrelenting it bothered me so much I made an appointment the next day and got it done all within less than 12 hours. Dr. Garfolo was very kind along with the other staff who helped me feel more at ease throughout the whole thing. I didn't even feel a single thing the whole time I was in the chair! If there was any place to go if you suffer with dental anxiety and want to get over it, this is the place!
